ARCHI-BEAT
ARCHI-BEAT는 건축 정체성이 태동하는 시기의 모든 청각적 신호를 의미합니다.
건축은 시각적인 예술로 인지되며, 이는 건축이 인공물인 만큼, 시각적인 요소가 매우 중요하다는 것을 의미합니다. 그러나 건축은 단순히 시각적인 측면만을 강조하는 것이 아니라, 청각과 촉각 같은 다른 감각들도 함께 고려되어야 본질을 느낄 수 있습니다.
인간의 오감 중에서 청각은 가장 먼저 발달하는 감각입니다. 이는 인간이 세상을 인식하고 탐색할 때, 주변에서 발생하는 소리에 대한 정보를 빠르게 처리하고 이해하기 위해 발달한 것입니다. 이러한 이유로, 건축 전시에서도 청각적인 요소를 강조하고자 하는 노력이 이루어지고 있습니다.
이 순간에도 건축적 제안이 담긴 목소리와 함께 탄생한 심장박동과 같은 공명의 소리를 통해, 뚜렷한 캐릭터를 형성됩니다. 이를 시각화하여 관람자가 쉽게 인식할 수 있도록 하였습니다.
현재, 20개의 고유한 ARCHI-BEAT가 발생하였으며, 모든 감각에 집중하며 전시를 감상하시길 추천드립니다.
ARCHI-BEAT
ARCHI-BEAT refers to all auditory signals at the time of the birth of architectural identity.
Architecture is perceived as a visual art, which means that as much as architecture is an artifact, visual elements are very important. But architecture doesn’t just emphasize the visual aspects, other senses, such as hearing and touch, must be considered together to feel the essence.
Among human five senses, hearing is the first thing that develops. It’s developed to quickly process and understand information about sounds that occur around humans when they recognize and explore the world. For this reason, efforts are being made to emphasize auditory elements in architectural exhibitions.
Even at this moment, a distinct character is formed through the sound of resonance, such as a heartbeat, that was born with a voice with architectural suggestions. It was visualized so that viewers could easily recognize it.
Currently, 20 unique ARCHI-BEATs have occurred, and we recommend that you focus on all senses and enjoy the exhibition.
